The Christmas VACA

I don’t know how much of a break I’ll really have had over the holidays, but it really doesn’t matter when I can get up most mornings and do exactly what I want to. Life is good. The break gave me some time to meet up with family and friends that I haven’t been able to see for a while which was really nice. I also had some great ski days.
We had our first day in the BC the other day. Me, Julian Carr and Dylan Crossman…good times for sure. We pretty much spent time spinning and dropping off rocks out in Rocky point. Good to log some air time with those guys, I really enjoyed myself. The next day we headed out to Wolverine Cirque to ski some lines. I lined mine up first and dropped in with good speed. I was just going for a fast run down. I didn’t realize it, but the chute ripped out behind me and I had a substantial slide behind me. Everyone was stoked on the line and the skiing and got some great cheers, which means a lot from those guys. I’m really stoked to see the photos of it, they should be killer.
Taking the next few days off to do some work around Salt Lake. I started working on stuff in the park yesterday. My jumping is starting to feel more comfortable and I feel on course in preparations for the Open next month. I’ll be at it again on Thursday…then doing some other things on friday.
